Parents who are traveling with children should plan to ensure that they have enough food to feed their families. Traveling is a great way to create beautiful memories and you want to enjoy every bit of it.

Below is a list of some of our favorite foods for long road trips and camping. Some of these foods are prepared ahead and frozen food like tasty Asian sweet buns can be used on the road which needs no preparation for cooking. This system is a great way to get out of our house and on the road. You can also find great food in cans or packages at your local health food store, which is extremely convenient.

Vacuum sealed breakfasts can be placed in an aluminum pan and heated on a lunchbox stove. Here is the list of some other healthy breakfast food that you can take with you while traveling:

  • Eggs and toast served with fresh fruit, bacon, and potatoes.

  • Pancakes or waffles served with syrup or Agava honey and fresh fruit, bacon, and potatoes.
